I’m Maddie and I believe that our most effective healing happens when you are treated as a whole person - not as a set of symptoms.

Which is why I specialize in a holistic approach that treats all of your overlapping concerns: mind, body and spirit. I believe therapy is beneficial for everyone, regardless if you have a mental health diagnosis.

I work with Virginia residents for Individual Therapy (in-person and virtually).
